Located in the  DISCOVERY BAY TOWER ,  these air conditioned units provide the best in luxury as well as  optimum security and sound proofing as well as a beautiful views of the beach and the lagoon.

Tower Units#1 is a 1031 sq. ft. one bedroom plus den/ two bathroom suite that sleeps up to six people. The master bedroom features a queen bed and the den has a queen bed or optional two twins if preferred. The living room also has a quality queen sofa bed. This unit is available in either a Lakeview or Non Lakeview."

Tower Units #2  plan is a 1525 sq ft luxury high end unit that will sleep up to 8 people.

This unit will sleep up to eight people comfortably as it features a master suite with a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed or two singles and a den with either two single beds or queen sofa bed. The living room also features a quality queen sofa bed.

The kitchen is totally equipped with everything you could possibly need to prepare for and serve up to eight people.

The unit is totally accessorized and features four flat screen TVs, 3 DVD players, full cable package with wireless internet. There are 3 telephones.
 

Lakeview suites feature large balconies with stunning lake views and comfy patio furniture and gas barbeques.

Non - Lakeview suites feature patios with comfy patio furniture and a barbeque and also have the convenience of walking off your patio and right out to all kelowna has to offer.

TOWN HOUSE "T3" UNITS

Located on  Sunset Drive  side of the Resort, these exciting top floor lofted units offer 22 ft vaulted ceilings with large windows that offer outstanding views of the lake and the pools.

The large deck has a gas barbeque and comfy patio furniture. The suite is furnished and accessorized to the highest quality and standards.

The unit sleeps 6 comfortably with a king bed in the master bedroom as well a queen sofa bed in the living room and two twin beds in the loft, you may substitute a king bed in the loft if preferred.

There are TVs in the master bedroom, loft and living room.

These units have three bathrooms and a large deck offering exciting views of the lake and the pools.

The unit comes fully stocked with lots of linens and the kitchen is full stocked and accessorized to prepare and serve up to 8 people.

Other Features Include Fully equipped kitchen with all that's needed to prepare for up to six persons. The kitchen is stocked with may staple food items including spices, coffee, teas etc.

A great feature of the Living room is the gas fireplace. There are Two TVs, one in the master bedroom as well as one in the living room, full cable package with a dvd player and high speed internet.

The unit also has spare linens and towels as well as a washer and dryer and a gas barbeque on the terrace.

Tower Units#5 is located in the beautiful Discovery Bay Tower. These one bedroom suites are extremely bright corner units with larger windows that offer pleasing views to the east, south and west all the while boasting luxury and elegance in a very warm and inviting atmosphere. These units are secure and sound-proofed and have easy access to the street and to parking.

Tower Units#5 plan  is is a large 800 sq. ft. plan featuring a King size bed in the Master Bedroom and a quality Queen Sofa Sleeper in the Living Room.

These Units Feature Fully Equipped Kitchens that have everything you need to prepare and serve 6 people. There are TVs with DVD players in both the Master Bedroom and the Living Room as well as a full Cable Package and High Speed Wireless Internet. The suite is supplied with extra towels and bedding, Washer and Dryer with Laundry Supplies. The Deck features a Gas Barbecue and comfy Patio furniture awaits you.
