BOOKING FEE:
A fee of 20% of your stay is required upon booking
and must be received by us within 7 days. Payment
must be made in the form of a certified cheque or
money order and made payable to Kelowna resort
accommodations. This fee is refundable by us less
a $150.00 administration fee should you decide to
cancel prior to 30 days before arrival. Less than
30 days your reservation will be cancelled and
booking fee forfeited.
PAYMENT OF UNIT
Full
payment of unit is due 30 days prior to arrival.
This amount will be the cost of your stay plus
applicable taxes less the booking fee. This amount
must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival or
will result in cancellation of the reservation.
Bookings cancelled less than 30 days before
arrival will not be refunded.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A 500.00 Damage deposit is required upon check
in and will be refunded within 48 hours provided
there are no damages or missing inventory or
excessive cleaning required. If you should notice
any damage to the unit upon check in please notify
us immediately.
CHECK IN TIMES
Check in time is
4:00 pm and check out is 10:00 am. Should you
require a late check in time please contact us
to make special arrangements. Check in time is
between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM.Late
check ins after 7:00 PM are subject to a $50.00
late check in fee as additional staff will have
to be kept after hours to cover this request.
CONFIRMATION LETTER:
A confirmation letter will be sent out to you at
time of booking by either email or regular mail if
no email address is provided. The confirmation
will clearly state your dates of arrival and
departure as well as receipt of your booking fee
as and balance owing.
