Thank you for visiting our website and reviewing our services. Discover Kelowna Resort Accommodations is a professional property management services company in Kelowna, BC, offering a variety of services and packages. We are one of the longest established vacation rental companies in Kelowna and pride ourselves on many years of worry free property management for our owners. We are very well positioned on major internet search engines and are involved in many other programs that will make sure your property will have maximum exposure. Due to our many years of operation we have a large data base of return guests, that combined with all of our many other advertising programs will almost guarantee our owners high occupancy rates and maximum revenue from their property. Our rates are commission based with no upfront fees so we do not get paid unless you do. Owners are able to block out any times for personal use providing the unit is not booked.

Two Property management services programs available to choose from.

Package A – Full Booking Agent Services ( Exclusive )

  • Professionally market your property.
  • Professional photos of your unit as well as updates included.
  • Handle the reservation and guest screening.
  • Collection of deposit and balance of guest account.
  • Collection and Handling of damage deposit.
  • Collection and remittance of all guest taxes.
  • Credit card fees included.
  • No Placement fee for off season monthly rentals.
  • Handle both check in and check out of guests.
  • Stock the unit with all the guest amenities.
  • Housekeeping & supplies included.
  • Facilitate any required repairs for the unit.
  • Minor repairs included.
  • Handling of strata forms related to the rental.
  • Guest liaison with us while staying ( 24/7 )
  • Full detailed monthly accounting to owner ( payments made to owner by the 15th of the month for the previous months activity. Commission is 32% on short term rentals and 10% on off season rentals.

Package B –  Partial Booking Agent Services ( Non-exclusive )

  • Professionally market your property.
  • Professional photos of your unit mandatory $75.00 charge ( updates $50.00 )
  • Handle the reservation and guest screening.
  • Check in service included.
  • Collection of deposit and balance of guest account.
  • Collection and Handling of damage deposit.
  • Collection and remittance of all guest taxes.
  • Credit card fee of 3% to be paid by owner.
  • Placement fee of $500.00 for off season monthly rentals.
  • Full detailed monthly accounting to owner ( payments made to owner by the 15th of the month for the previous months activity. Commission is 12% on short term rentals and 10% on off season rentals.

Insurance home checks for absentee owners. Home check includes the following:

  • Monthly visual inspection of the interior and exterior of the home.
  • Flush toilets and run all faucets.
  • Inspect for insects.
  • Check smoke alarms and security alarms.
  • Adjust temperature control based on season.
  • Start and run vehicles.
  • Check and replacement of air filters when needed.
  • Mail sort and forward.
  • Logging of inspections ( date and time )
