Cancellation Policy:
We are now operating under or standard terms for bookings and cancellations and abiding by all BC Provincial Health Guidelines and Orders.

At present there are only recommendations from government departments for reduced capacity in the Interior Health Region along with a lot of Businesses/Events requiring government issued proof of double vaccination.

DKRA will still happily receive all guests and at this stage are NOT asking for any proof of vaccination(s). These are your personal choices, but we strongly recommend if you are able to get both your vaccination shots, that you do so prior to any travel.

As such we are currently operating under our standard terms and conditions and we are fully open for business with varied routes available to get to Kelowna. Please take care on the roads during this time and please check with DriveBC for the latest road conditions/works/redirections.

24hrs FREE cancellation after initial booking ONLY if booked direct with DKRA online or via telephone.

For Suite Bookings:
Cancelling with 60 days or more written notification will incur $200+GST fee,  30-60 Days out cancellation fee of 30% of total booking and if cancelled within 30 days of arrival date the booking is 100% NON refundable (per suite booked).
All other cancellations are NON refundable after 24hrs of time of booking.

 As with all regions and provinces, Kelowna is not immune to the spread of Covid-19, but for our business along with others here in Kelowna,
we really do need and appreciate your patronage which we require to survive economically. We have enhanced cleaning methods being employed
 by our staff and the buildings we operate in are also doing their part to keep you as safe as possible in these uncertain times.

Specifically, We are asking that you do come with a mask of your own and if possible wear it whenever you can outside your suite, 
such as in our office to pick up keys or local stores and even Gas stations to show you appreciate their service to you.
Elevator use: Please keep to "Your bubble", and ask permission if a person(s) is already in the elevator before entering.
Sanitizer: Bring Some with you, Use where provided and Wash you hands prior to entering your suite after outside events.

Feeling unwell: Stay in, stay isolated, get tested!
Please try to purchase travel insurance before booking or check into your credit card coverage for loss of booking due to Covid-19
