Purpose built apartment building comprising of 5 studio apartments, 5 single bedroom apartments and 1 three bedroom Penthouse.

Located in South Kelowna at 559 Trusswell Road, V1W 3K7, this 4 story building has mountain views, some partial lake views from the upper floors and backs directly on to Mission Creek. Lake Okanagan is just a short kayak down the creek during the summer months. You are only 5 minutes away from 2 of Kelowna’s great lake beaches: Rotary Park and Boyce-Gyro (the largest beach in Kelowna), and 10 minutes to the lovely Pandosy area with boutique shopping, cafes, pubs, liquor stores and Save on Foods grocery store.

There are communal laundry facilities on site as well as a communal BBQ and outdoor eating area in the back section of the property. However, The Penthouse has its own BBQ, Laundry facilities, Pool table and large screen TV.

There is ample parking for 9 vehicles on site.

We have Studio Apartments (x5)........1 Bedroom Apartments (x3) and Free Shared Laundry Facilities, Free Wi-Fi and Free cable TV..... Our entire top floor Penthouse Suite - 3 bedrooms - full kitchen, in-suite laundry, Wi-Fi, Cable TV, Pool Table, Panoramic Views from both decks/balconies is ideally suited to families and groups. There is also Kayak Hire - upon request.
