As part of expanding our business vacation rental option for guests, DKRA is committed to bringing high end accommodations for the discerning traveller. We have listened to our guests, especially about affordability, location and options other than resort style vacations. To this end we have been diligently marketing to prospective owners for City Living apartments. We have several being built in here in Kelowna at present to come on line in 2019/20 and hopefully we can, offer apartments in them as vacation rentals. One such project just recently completed is the addition to Kelowna of the Sole Downtown apartments at 1350 St.Paul Street. Right in the heart of the city, just minutes from Bernard Ave, The Marina and also City Park Beach and Tugboat Beach.

Fully Furnished and stocked with most of your home comforts, this suite put you into the heart of Kelowna at reasonable rates for those amongst us that may not need the requirement of an onsite pool or hottub.

Still having FREE Cable TV, FREE Wi-Fi, 1 Car Space, and with Kelowna’s weather, outdoor atmosphere and beaches at the lake within minutes of walking – this may be the option for you!

City Living. Sleekly designed 2 bdrm unit with open space living concepts, paired with commercial spaces on the lower levels, Sole won the 2016 Tommy Award for Best Mixed Use Building. Sole Downtown 414 is on the first of the residential floors in this mixed use building - Quiet DownTown location and premises. Presently with Mountain Views from the Deck, this is a condo only vacation rental location. Up on the 6th floor, there is a common area and Full gym - workout with a view!
