Conveniently located next to UBCO Kelowna Campus, this district is made up of several streets and Apartment complexes on Academy Way.

This is a great building for students of UBCO as it is located close to campus with bus stops on Academy Way and a paved pathway. There is secure underground parking in U5 and U6 for 1 vehicle per suite.  We also rent out a suite in U3 with 1 outdoor parking stall. Mail boxes are conveniently located in the lobby of the building.
