From this suite it is a ~15 minute walk via Academy Way and John Hindle Drive using the sidewalk. There is also a bus stop conviently located steps from the front doors facing Academy Way. This unit comes with 1 underground parking stall but please note there is no street parking available at this time.

Nestled in the newest community in UBCO, U5 is ideally situated within walking distance of the campus and corner store and Kelowna Brew House – Bar. Located ~10 minutes away by driving students is a grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, gas station and so much more.

This fully furnished ground floor unit does not come with bedding (mattress supplied), or towels. There is no BBQ for this unit but there is a patio set on the back patio. The unit has a queens captian bed in the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. In the second bedroom there is a queen captians bed as well.

Elevator to 1st Floor from Lobby to assist for your move in, with walkout patio to rear of building that has a patio table and two chairs so you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee in the beautiful Okanagan weather. There is a walkway from the back patio to Academy Way.
