Hello, we know in these difficult times you have concerns about travelling to Kelowna and we also recognise your safety in coming to Kelowna at this time. We are operating under our standard terms and conditions for cancellations as we are fully open for business, but please do get in contact with us due to the amount of road closures in effect.
We are fully open, although we have very reduced capacity in the Winter per usual as most of our suites transition over to Winter Leases.

Please note: DKRA do not give/have evacuee programs set up as our condos are all individually owned as private residences
Guest Numbers: DKRA can only accept the number of guests per suite at time of booking due to a number of factors: Health & Safety; Fire Department Guidelines; City of Kelowna Short-Term Rental Rules; Strata Rules & Bylaws and most importantly at this time – BC Provincial Health Orders. Failure to disclose guest numbers may result in the cancellation of your booking without refund.
Event Planning: DKRA are committed to offering relaxing friendly and family orientated suites where we operate. We encourage those coming to play golf, bringing the family, coming as a couple or as a group of couples to definitely stay with us, knowing that we will enforce nuisance bylaws to the fullest extent so that you may enjoy your stay with us in peace and enjoy all Kelowna has to offer. Due to operating in residential locations covered by Strata Rules, Regulations & Bylaws we encourage those booking to allow for all single adults to have their own bed and as such cannot guarantee acceptance for Party Type events such as Stag or Stagettes.
PETS: DKRA only usually only allow 1 small dog up to 15 inches in height in our selected pet friendly suites. Exceptions may be made upon request and with detailed information provided such as, breed, height and weight.
Unfortunately due to the allergic conditions of our guests, staff and owners, we cannot accept any booking with pets other than smaller breed dogs – cats cannot be accommodated even if in pet carriers.
IN SUITE: We have included basic items to “get you going” this includes coffee, tissues, and other paper products, for a couple of days ONLY.
Washing Pods are usually stored in a regular red Solo Cup on top of the washing machine/dryer or in the Laundry closet/cabinet.
Dishwashing Tabs: Provided for you under the kitchen sink.
Toilet Paper: Extra Rolls to be found in the bathroom vanity cupboards along with at least 1 hair dryer per suite (there are 2 bathrooms in most suites)
Paper Towel: 1 roll provided on Kitchen Counter. Facial Tissue Provided – at least 1 box per suite.
Booking/Cancellation Policy: We are now operating under or standard terms for bookings and cancellations and abiding by all BC Provincial Health Guidelines and Orders.
TO BOOK, we require:
a 30% deposit of total booking using Credit Card – VISA / Mastercard (preferred).
remaining 70% deposit taken 60 days prior to arrival using original CC details on file.
Suites Cancellation Policy:
24hrs FREE cancellation after initial booking but only if booked direct with DKRA online or via telephone.
Cancelling with 60 days or more notification will incur $200+GST cancellation fee PER SUITE booked.
Cancellations between 30-60 days out will be subject to a fee of 30% of the total reservation cost.
Cancellations within 30 days are 100% NON refundable (per suite booked).
All other cancellations (boat slips/extra parking/etc. stalls are NON refundable after 24hrs of initial booking.

Frequently Asked Questions
Our office is located at 100-1668 Ellis Street Kelowna, BC. Right on the corner of Ellis Street & Leon Avenue (1 block off the highway)
Access the office by using (One-Way) Leon Avenue via Pandosy Street heading South or Water street heading North off of Harvey Avenue (Hwy 97).
ALL check-ins are completed at the office. Please come here before attending the resort you booked. Phone ahead to check if your room is ready early or if you can fill in your forms, collect keys, park your vehicle and use resort amenities ahead of the gaining access to the suite.
Nearly all of our suites have SHAW cable TV and Wi-Fi installed. Shaw remotes (and Telus remotes) are the preferred method to operate your television ON/OFF and Volume functions.
If the TV does not turn on using the shaw remote, please look for the actual TV remote beside the television or in a nightstand close by.
In some cases, the TV may turn on but the screen may be blank. Please use the remote or the TV itself to align the Input Button for the TV with the Cable Box HDMI input.
Wi-Fi: If your suite has Telus, you may need to reset the Wi-Fi Modem as this brings signal into the cable boxes. Resetting a Shaw Wi-Fi Modem – unplug for 1 full minute or put a pen into the small reset hole on the back of the modem by the yellow network ports for 10 full seconds (it will reboot twice to find the best signal)
Wi-Fi codes are on your check in document. SSID is the Wi-Fi Network, and the Password is the Wi-Fi Password (this is also on a QR coded sticker on the Box itself). if you cant see the SSID on your device, please hard reset the unit using the pen method above.

Most suites have the Electronic – Schlage BE365 Lock.
The key to gaining access to your suite is the personal dedicated key code given to you at time of check-in and on your check in Envelope and Documents.
Although the lock on your suite door is electronic, it does have to be manually turned for Entry and Exit. A second passage handle must also be turned to gain access after unlocking. If you have entered your code and the top light does not turn green and beep, it is most likely that you have entered the wrong keycode/sequence. In that case you will get a red flash and 3 beeps. Please try again, but after 3 attempts the lock will be unusable for 1 minute.

Check out is as easy as 123:
1. Kindly take out garbage and recyclables.
2. Check the suite over for all your items, but Leaving key fobs/keys on the kitchen counter (in envelope provided).
3. Lock up the suite and away you go.
