Newly & Fully Renovated 2024- Lakefront Condo in Our relaxed and beautiful lakeshore resort with superb Villas and Condos, just minutes from downtown Kelowna BC where you will find a vast variety of shops, dining, activities and entertainment.

Welcoming visitors since the 1960’s! Today our boutique resort has grown to include villas, townhouses, and our main condo building that offers one, two, two plus den lakeside condos, and the ultimate in luxury, our Casa Grande Suite.

What we Offer:

This 2 bedroom 2 Bath Condo with a full lake views views from the Master bedroom, Living Room and the front patio is your lakeside retreat nestled within the Casa Loma Resort. New appliances throughout the unit including a washer/dryer and wine fridge.

Featuring a King bed in the master bedroom with a custom built queen bed and a single bunk bed in the second bedroom. This unit also features 2 bathrooms each with electric radiant floor heating with individual thermostats. The living room has an electric fireplace with heat and flame adjustments along with a Smart TV. The updated kitchen has brand new deluxe kitchen appliances with high end equipment and supplies it also features a wine and beverage fridge and a fridge with filtered drinking water and ice maker. The patio has it’s own out door dinning area for entertaining as well.

Standard Information:

Come to relax, take in the view and while away your vacation time on the beach or your own boat or get a boat hire delivered straight to the private marina. Cook on the communal BBQ’s and watch the little ones play nearby on the playset area or the older kids shooting hoops or having a game of tennis. And, if holidays and shopping are your thing, Downtown Kelowna is Just 15 mins drive where you can also take in a water dining experience, parasail.

Equipped with TV’s in the living room and the master bedroom with cable service and high speed Wi-Fi (internet). This fully equipped suite comes with Cable, Wi-Fi, kitchen dining for 6 including a blender, toaster, drip coffee maker, kettle, bath towels, bed linens & standard cookware.
