Being located right on the lake, there are miles of waterfront walkways offering visitors a relaxing park-like setting. You are within walking distance to several coffee shops and restaurants and only 10 minutes walk to the heart of Kelowna – Bernard Street! UBCO students have a quick walk to the Queensway Bus exchange if they do not drive.

Located on the 3rd floor this condo is the same level as the 2 pools and 2 hot tubs and makes access a breeze for all the amenities! This 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom suite provides a Queen Bed with an Ensuite in the Master Bedroom and a Queen bed in the the second bedroom.

This suite is equipped with TV’s in the living room and both bedrooms with cable service and high speed Wi-Fi (internet). This fully equipped suite comes with kitchen dining for 5 including a blender, toaster, coffee maker, bath towels, bed linens, an in-suite washer/dryer with laundry detergent and a gas BBQ on the deck.
