May to September only $18,000 or June to September $13,500. You don’t have to stay the whole time, you can stay as little as you want giving you affordability and flexibility but, we must do a minimum 3 month rental period.

A waterfront patio opens to a promenade extending north to nature paths and south through a relaxing park-like setting to the beach, marina, and waterfront restaurants and bars. Easy walking distance to coffee shops, stores, restaurants, a casino, and other live-entertainment venues. Sunset Waterfront has indoor and outdoor pools with hot tubs, a fitness room, tennis court, and offers outstanding views of the beautiful surrounding mountains and Okanagan Lake.

This ground-floor suite features Lake and Lagoon Views. The master bedroom provides a Queen bed with an Ensuite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms share a main bathroom with the rest of the suite. The third bedroom sleeps two comfortably and has storage but is relatively small and windowless.

The suite is equipped to serve 6 people. Each bedroom and the living room has a TV. The suite has cable service, high-speed Internet, ample towels and linens. The laundry room has a washer, a dryer, and supplies to get you started. A gas BBQ with table and chairs facilitates beautiful sunset meals on the patio over looking the lagoon. A SINGLE car space within a secure, undercover building parkade.

An 8-month Winter Rental is available with this unit via Realty One Real Estate Ltd.
