Sunset Waterfront Resort is one of Kelowna’s finest resort accommodations located in the heart of downtown Kelowna. This luxury resort offers outstanding views of the beautiful surrounding mountains along with Okanagan Lake. Located right on the Waterfront, there are miles of waterfront walkways offering visitors a relaxing park-like setting. You are within walking distance to coffee shops, stores, and restaurants as well as a casino and live entertainment venues. Tenants have use of the Fitness Room, Indoor Pool and Hot Tub, as well as the outdoor tennis courts and Pickleball Courts.

This ground floor, 3 bedroom (1 is windowless(den)) and 2 bathroom suite features Lake and Lagoon Views. The master bedroom provides a Queen bed with Ensuite bathroom, Queen Bed in the 2nd bedroom and twin over queen bunk beds in the den. The suite also provides a main bathroom.

Each suite is fully equipped with all that’s needed to serve 3 tenants, there are TV’s located in the each of the bedrooms and living room. Full cable service along with high speed internet, as well as extra towels and linens, washer and dryer and laundry supplies and a gas BBQ on the deck. Within the secured, undercover building parkade you will find a reserved SINGLE car space for tenant use.

No pets are allowed in the suite for Winter Rentals. Please note that tenants must be aware of the Strata rules and follow them at all times….failure to do so may result in a fine.
