Located on the 5th Floor, this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite features Lake and Mountain Views. There is a Queen Bed in the Master Bedroom and a Queen Murphy bed in the Open Den and a Queen Sofa Bed in the living room.
There is a TV in the living room. Full cable service along with high speed internet, as well as extra towels and linens, washer and dryer and laundry supplies and a gas BBQ on the deck. Within the secured, undercover building parkade you will find a reserved SINGLE car space.

No pets are allowed in the suite for Winter Rentals. Please note that tenants must be aware of the Strata rules and follow them at all times….failure to do so may result in a fine.
